Lost Package

If your package gets lost while being delivered, we will do our best to assist you to resolve the matter. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier service. We recommend using a secure delivery address for shipments. CAFAND is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

Return Policy

When you place your order on www.cafand.com, you are welcome to exchange any item following our return/exchange policy. Please note that all sales are final. You can return your item(s) to be exchanged within 6 days of receiving your package (for domestic orders only). Customers are responsible for shipping returned items.

NOTE: Exchanged items MUST be in original packaging and must not be damaged, altered, or worn. All original tags must be attached or will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above details.

All custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to make an exchange, please look for the item you would like to exchange for and email cafandofficial@gmail.com to receive a return/exchange form.

  1. Please make sure item(s) are securely packed and sealed for return. Your return package MUST include a return form in order for your exchange to be processed.

  2. Make sure to specify on the return/exchange form what item(s) you are exchanging.

  3. PLEASE NOTE: Exchanged items MUST be in original packaging and must not be damaged, altered, or worn. All original tags must be attached or will not be accepted.

We highly recommend and advise customers to send return/exchange packages via an insured service carrier. Customers are responsible for the shipping methods they choose to use to send back returned items for exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not ship.
